From EFD Creative – Event Planning & Design ~
Twice a year Arlene Cronk, owner of Invitations & Company holds an industry wide morning seminar to help wedding professionals learn how to market their services. This event – Marketing to the High End Bride XVI was organized and designed by EFD Creative – Event Planning & Design. In addition to working along side Arlene on the event, Edna Dratch-Parker, the owner of EFD Creative, was asked to be a panelist to help discuss the topic of “How to Create Great Rapport with your Client”.
The event was held at the TAJ – Boston Hotel. The venue was built in 1927 and still holds the charm of that day. With this in mind we designed the event to have an Old English tea time feel with garden style florals (Tangerine Creations) and linen (Rentals Unlimited) with an embroidered pattern for an antique linen look. With views of the Boston Public Garden, it was a perfect match.
The event creator, Arlene Cronk, is an industry leader in the wedding business. She is the founder and past president of both the Boston Wedding Group and The New York Wedding Group — professional associations dedicated to helping wedding vendors enhance the wedding planning experience. As a business leader, Arlene has been featured in numerous articles and news programs, including Business Week, Newsweek, The Boston Business Journal, Inside Edition, The New York Daily News, Inside New York, Weekend New York, Chronicle, Channels 4, 5, 7, 25 and 56 in Boston, and Channels 5 and 11 in New York. These events are always sold out and a testament to the hard work Arlene does to build marketing awareness and education to the industry.
